Eligible Returns You may request a return if: • The item delivered is wrong • The item is damaged or faulty • The item is not as described on our website • The item is dead-on-arrival (DOA) 2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return: • Product must be in original packaging • All accessories (remote, manuals, cables, etc.) must be intact • Product must not be physically damaged by the customer • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item Note: Items that have been installed or used may not qualify unless they have a factory fault. 3. Items Not Eligible for Return • Items damaged due to misuse, fall, or electrical surge • Installed items (ACs, TVs, washing machines) unless faulty on arrival • Personal care items (e.g., shavers, trimmers) if opened • “Clearance Sale” items marked No Return 4.
